As most of you know, I am contemplating writing a book on the Condominium Industry in Canada, which is intended to be a guide for first-time condo buyers and would-be directors.

The subject matter of the book, at this point, is a nebulous concept which to a lesser or greater degree will be determined by your input and feedback.

While I have no intention to rant about the flaws in the system, I do plan to devote a good portion of my work to the pitfalls that presently exist in the industry. In this wise, I hope to help first-time home buyers evade the "bumps on the road" and help make their condo investment experience a more pleasant one.
